Cape Breton University has been a North American leader in the discipline of Communication and Media for over 40 years, with expertise from our School of Arts and Social Science's Department of Communication and Languages leading the way. CBU is home to the Dr. Mary A. Lynch Communication Lab, which provides our degree and diploma students with guidance in interpersonal communication and public speaking, while our newly established Dr. Judy A. Rolls Communication Centre provides skill development and assistance to students, employees and community learners in areas such as crafting effective presentations and workplace professionalism.
